The Jefferson Foundation has proudly hosted a variety of empowering events over the years, each designed to build confidence and inspire women of all ages. From our beloved Tiny Diva, Teen Diva, Silver Diva, Elegant Diva, and Queen Diva beauty pageants to the prestigious Miss Black America Local Montclair Beauty Pageant, we offer opportunities for girls, women, and seniors to shine, discover their self-worth, and grow in a supportive, godly environment.
In addition to our pageants, we host the "How to Start a Business in a Godly Way" Seminar, where aspiring entrepreneurs learn to build successful businesses grounded in faith and integrity. Our annual Honorary Awards Ceremony celebrates influential business owners and community leaders in Montclair who inspire others with their achievements and dedication.
